Arthur 🕊️ I’m sorry we didn’t meet on better terms, but I’m sure glad we met. Arthur had an excruciating pelvic injury that made walking nearly unbearable. He also had terribly founded on two of his feet, with irreversible damage to his bones. Every step, every moment was pain for Arthur. Still he looked to people for comfort and cookies.I feel tears come when I wonder how long he lived in this pain. I’m so so glad we were able to save him from a long gruesome trailer ride to Mexico. I’m sorry Arthur.
Thank you everyone who donated to our precious boy and helped us give him this last act of kindness. I try not to dwell or sit in anger, but I feel irate for Arthur. The fact someone hauled him to a sale rather than doing right by him is so heavy and hard to comprehend. He is free now. No more pain.
