Meet Bonnie!
As I shared in stories, I’ve been watching Bonnie over our neighbor's fence line for quite some time. She lived with goats and longed to be with our donkeys. She made friends with them over the fence and would cry and pace when our herd left out of her sights. Fast forward a few months … I was trail riding in our donkeys pasture and noticed an unfamiliar face … then it clicked. It was Bonnie! I figured a fence was down somewhere … but nope. Bonnie had defied gravity and jumped the fence to be with her donkey friends. She was done being lonely! Long story short, our neighbor is actually planning to sell his land and was willing to let Bonnie stay with us.
