Boots. The little man that stole the show, I walked by his pen and he marched up to me with so much confidence and zest. I knew our girls Winnie & Wilder needed him.
Boots, you’ve only been here 2 days, but we are all SMITTEN with your fun quirky personality. After each cookie / treat Boots sucks on his tongue, I think he’s getting every last flavor out of it 😂 If you missed it in stories, Kermit did not work out with the girls as Wilder was too rough on sweet grandpa Kermit. They will move in with Huck's crew once they’re weaned, and I worried about Kermit, as Huck & Beanie are pretty intense boys. We were lucky and blessed when an adoptive family reached out and said they’d love to adopt a senior. We knew it was Kermit’s time. We also knew we wanted to find a confident, spunky permanent equine to move in with the girls and eventually move in with Huck’s herd. Then we met Boots at auction and I knew he needed to come home with us. We Love this little man so much already!
