Emerson

We knew Emerson had a sore front left when we brought him home. After an exam and xrays, unfortunately he had severe arthritis throughout his fetlock and pasturn. He most most likely had a severe injury in the recent past that left him unable to comfortably walk on his front left. The injury was so bad that it changed the way he walked on the foot and his coffin bone was starting to founder. We made the hard decision to relieve him of his earthly, painful body since he would never walk without pain again and would continue to worsen.
