Mater

Mater was rescued from a livestock auction in Texas. Despite our best efforts we could not save Mater. This poor, sweet old man was neglected far too long. Even with his trim his arthritis and pain was too much for him. He wouldn't even walk to eat or stay with the donkeys. He laid down constantly and hobbled everywhere he went. It was so hard to watch. He was so tired and ready to go.
